So I wanted to personally tell you what this is all about: creating a safe, supportive, and trustworthy space for our community. That's it. Everything below is designed to protect you, our providers, and the integrity of what we're building together.

By joining our provider directory, you're not just signing up for a service - you're joining a mission. Here's what we ask of you:
Be Neurodiversity-Affirming: Approach care from a place of acceptance, not "fixing."
Communicate with Empathy: Respect different communication styles and processing needs.
Keep Your Info Accurate: Update your profile regularly so folks can actually reach you.
No Spam, No Harm: Use the platform ethically and treat everyone with respect.

We're like a matchmaker for you and providers. We introduce you, but we don't control what happens next. The provider is responsible for their own practice and services - we just help you find them.
Legal Version: audhd.io acts as a directory and referral service. We do not directly provide medical, therapeutic, or professional services. All provider interactions and services are between the user and the individual provider. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of provider services.

Providers can choose different visibility levels. All plans are month-to-month (no sneaky long-term contracts), and you can cancel anytime. If we mess up, we'll make it right with refunds as needed.

We do our absolute best to keep everything running smoothly, but technology isn't perfect. If something goes wrong (tech glitch, bad internet, etc.), we're not legally responsible for damages. But we WILL work hard to fix it.
Legal Version: audhd.io provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We want everyone to feel safe here. If someone violates these guidelines or harms the community, we may suspend or remove their access. We don't want to do this, but we will if necessary to protect others.
