Silicone pads of poppable bubbles. Widely dismissed as a children's fad, and still one of the better repetitive-motion fidgets.

What it is like to use
Audible. A soft click each press, and a lot of presses. Not a shared-office fidget.
How to choose
Shape is the only real difference, so pick by what your hands want: a flat pad to press with a thumb, or a ball to squeeze inside a closed hand. The two pack of plain circle and square is the cheapest way to find out whether the motion helps you at all before spending more on a shape.
Where to get one
- Owl shape, letters on the bubbles on Amazon
- Ball shape, 4 pack on Amazon
A squeezable ball rather than a flat pad, so it works in a pocket or a closed hand.
- Keyboard shape, muted colors on Amazon
- Circle and square, 2 pack on Amazon
The plainest of these, and the cheapest way to find out whether the motion helps at all.
